Located in beautiful Tustin and Ontario, California, Port View Prep offers exceptional educational instruction and social support in a nurturing, safe and clean environment. Our classrooms are all outfitted with new HON furniture for the extra comfort of our students and long-lasting durability. Port View Prep campuses are also equipped with state-of-the art education technology including interactive education boards (Promethean ActivPanels) for seamless instruction. Ipads are also assigned to each student to facilitate data collection, communication and learning with proper filtering and age-appropriate apps.

Secure for Quality Time In and Out of the Classroom

At Port View Prep, we have different classrooms for various student therapies, including occupational therapy and speech therapy for both individual and group instruction. The occupational/physical therapy room is equipped with a South Paw Therapeutic 17-foot swing, trampoline, cardio equipment, resistance bands, kettlebells and free weights. Our students are allotted time throughout the day to engage in physical activity to help increase overall wellness and mood.

During recess, Port View Prep students have the opportunity to ride bicycles, ride scooters (with protective gear) and shoot hoops with provided basketballs. Another creative activity our students enjoy is all the equipment provided to construct an obstacle course, making exercise more fun and engaging. Sensory equipment is also made available in student break areas to help make downtime more stimulating for all our K-22 students.

Our facility is secure, with doors locked during all instruction periods. In addition to the state mandated first-aid supplies, Port View Prep stocks extensive medical necessities and is prepared for any incident at a moment’s notice. Our staff keeps first-aid supplies in all the classrooms and all transport vehicles. All of our Suburban and Tahoe vehicles are equipped with satellite monitoring and our entire staff carries a cell phone for accessibility at all times, both on and off campus.

In addition to offering an exceptional staff, education, facilities, wellness and specialized resources and therapy, Port View Prep campuses also hosts numerous fun activities throughout the year. An event that students always look forward to is the exciting Wheels of Freestyle assembly where pro BMX riders display a thrilling show sprinkled with positive messages about living a responsible, healthy and drug-free lifestyle. Other events throughout the year include a traveling petting zoo and special holiday events and visitors that make going to school not only educational, but also fun and entertaining.
